We are excited to announce that Nova Soccer Academy has selected TSP FC (Turlock, CA) to become an affiliate club member for our USL Academy Program.  TSP FC was recently added as a Boys NPL club in the Central Valley region and has shown a high success rate in developing players and teams in the past few years, adding quality training and game environments for their community.

This allows the opportunity to provide scouted players from the region to train and play within the USL Academy infrastructure, with the goal of elevating players from the Nova Soccer Academy program into the Oakland Roots pro pathway and system.  This allows Nova Soccer to have a presence in the Central Valley, in addition to the East and South Bay regions, to create additional playing and growth opportunities for highly motivated and talented young men.

NOVA Academy, The Roots and USL, we have all costs covered to find the best players out there looking for that PRO-PATHWAY training and exposure.

NOVA Academy is a USL Academy and is not a club. It has taken the successful PDP model and expanded on it. Players remain players at their local clubs. Much like PDP, players come together to train and be identified. The difference with NOVA Academy is that because the goal is a possible professional pathway, the training and standard has to be higher. Instead of 5 teams from the ages of U15-U19, there are only 2 with players mixed from all the same ages. Instead of training once per month, teams will train 2-3 times per week with first team staff and scouts and every session.

Currently, the NOVA Academy is evaluating players for selection for the upcoming 2023 USL Academy League that will run April through September.
